    Dear A4U Members

Re : ebay Product Sales for Software Testing

I would like to sell one or two products (perhaps more) on ebay to allow me to test some software via the ebay API.

I am not overly concerned about making a huge amount of money from the sale of the product, breakeven or better would be acceptable, but obviously a healthy profit would be interesting !

And I do not wish to invest too much time sourcing the product, or the logistics associated with picking, packing and delivery of the product.

My emphasis is testing the software, i.e. what is important to me, is running a test to sell the product without the software 'integrated' via the ebay API, and to compare product sales with the software 'integrated' via the ebay API.

Could A4U members suggest one or more products, and potential product sources or an Affiliate Program which would allow me to sell via ebay such that I can test my software ?

    Thank you in advance.

Can't you just list 'test' items into eBay's 'test' categopry & then buy/win them yourself?

    Thank you for your response.

Yes, ofcourse, I perhaps should have been more specific with my earlier posting. I am not seeking to test the software for debug purposes, I have did this. The test is more of a market test, does the software work as it should within the ebay sales environment ? i.e. I am seeking to sell a high demand product at a fair market price without the use of the software, and to repeat the execrcise with the software, and as a test of the software, compare the sales performance.

I hope that the above makes sense.
