Banner Designs for Affiliate program

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a company or individual who has a proven track record in animated gifs, banners, logo design etc.

We are looking to produce some new affiliate banners at Unique Novelty Gifts and Novelty Christmas Gifts, UK @ everythingplay.com and want something really funky designed.
