Am I the only one who suffer at the hands of Linkshare customer service? I have asked them a very straight forward question 3 times and not once have they responded.
Maybe somebody on here can help? I have links from different AMs on the same pages of my website. Generally the impression reports are the same for all of the AMs for those links showing on a given page except Linkshare which shows 1/20th of the number. Can anybody explain why this might be? Their click through rate also shows 1/20th of the others without any valid reason - the retailers are just as appealing to my target audience as those others that I display, in fact in some cases more appealing.
I know they had a reputation for poor reporting and I am in the process of migrating as many of their links as possible onto other AMs. Unfortunately they have exclusivity on a few.
If anybody from Linkshare is reading this, sort your customer service levels out....
