Finding relevant US affiliate programmes

we've just hit a few nice terms at the top of Google.com and should really be producing separate pages for the US traffic - but don't really want to go down the route of signing up with US networks and getting paid in US dollars (mainly don't have the time)

CJ has quite a few US merchants which I can sign up for through the UK interface -( can't find any easy peasy content units though ) - do any other UK networks offer this service?

or any other suggestions how to optimise for this traffic?

At LinkShare we have content units that are easy to use. Have a look at both our Flex Links and Easy Links.

Flex Links are a link type that supports embedded tracking links in a variety of object-based media. These media can be video, audio, widgets, and more.

Easy Links are contextual product ad units. Easy Links will determine relevant keywords on your site, and then display products from a single advertisers relevant to those keywords.
