Who are the reputable CPM banner ad networks nowadays offering decent rates who are reliable payers with a good range of advertisers, where you can either approve or disapprove which ads appear on your site & even a choice of sizes?

    Have a chat with Goallover.

    Goallover.net - Online Advertising Network +44 (0)207 8430 130

Met up with their director the other day and sounded very good.

I'm not familiar with GoAllOver, but there was one that I heard was really good, but now I can't remember what it is. Well, as long as you can find one acceptable one, it's all good.

I am currently running Rubicon Project ads on one of my sites. What I like about them is they have a good number of advertisers,a nd you can add your own network tags. If they add an advertiser to your account that you don't want advertising you can easily disable the tags for that advertiser.
Payments terms are Net 45, and the payments are combined. So you only receive one payment with all your earnings. Rubicon do take a small fee tho...

Another network I used to run was Direct Media Exchange, pretty much the same as Rubicon but the payments were separate so you were receiving multiple payments which annoyed me, and why I chose to move to Rubicon. Different advertisers have different payment terms also.
The thing I did/do like about DMX over Rubicon is the way you can censor ads. With Rubicon you can only stop an entire ad network's tags, but with DMX you could block specific ads.

I've not worked with DMX for about a year now I guess, so not sure what they are like now.
