What's happened to Thomas Cook - it's expired on CJ - I assume this means it's no longer on there, although you can still apply

It's on Affilinet as flythomascook - but only pays a measly £5 or £8

is it anywhere else as a bona fida affiliate programme?

Far as I can tell its still on Commission Junction, they have stupid rules that if you don't accept new terms they expire your relationship with merchant, without telling you there are new terms or that you have been expired, just one of the reasons I am reluctant to work with CJ.
