Firstly let me introduce myself, my name is Steve Yates and I
am the new affiliate marketing manager for thegiftexperience.co.uk. We are an online e-commerce store offering a wide range of quality gifts for every occasion. We have had an affiliate program for several years, unfortunately, it has never really been looked after or or look at before. That is why I have been brought into the company, I have been charged with the task of making our affiliate program one of the best around, offering fantastic rewards for our top affiliates, and incentivising everyone to get the most out of what we offer. Because we are a gift company, our busiest time is the run up to Christmas from October through to December. Over this period our historic data show our number of orders increases from between 35% - 45%. Over the last few months we have been working to the levels we reached last Christmas. Because of this fantastic growth, we are moving premises to a much larger facility, we are taking on more staff to cope with the increase in work load, and we are constantly improving and expanding our website and product range. On the back of this fantastic success I
am keen to expand our affiliate program and improve everyone's earnings and conversions. One of our main aims at the moment is to increase our conversion from just under 2% to well over 3%, this will massively benefit all of our affiliates who have high numbers of clicks.

am very keen to help everyone increase their earnings and orders, but feel it would be better to get some feedback first.
