    hey folks,

iv never really monitored how fast my sites get indexed by google, but they always end up indexed!

iv got a few sites Id like to now get indexed as soon as possible.

iv signed up to webmaster tools at google and submitted a sitemap for all of them, that was 2 or 3 days back (am i being too impatient lol?). and iv got a few links here and there from sites of my own and also from other sites.

any tips as how to get them indexed asap?

    hc

Run a very low cost per click campaign on your main keyphrase and index page.
By the time the 5th expert posts on this thread to tell you that this will not work you will be indexed.

Especially if your link is in the original post

No - sorry, it only works on stuff you are allowed to advertise.

The quickest, easiest and cheapest way is to register the site with Google Webmaster Tools and verify it.

I was in the same position - a site added to Google webmaster tools 2 days ago, with a few back links.

The PPC tip didn't work unfortunately.

    Thnx

What I meant was that I was in exactly the same position as you when you started this thread. I tried the PPC suggestion and I am still waiting to be indexed by Google. (PPC campaign started around 2pm yesterday)

What's the site you are trying to index? The site in your sig is totally indexed?

I got my site indexed quickly with webmaster tools for which i uploaded a xml sitemap.
The site also had 25 relevant back links, i cant remember how long it was until it started showing up in the serps though.

Regularly adding new content and pages helps, also keep google upto date with a regularly updated sitemap.

Sorry I can't reveal the site - some of you will understand.
It's not the one in my sig.
