How have any PPC affiliates out there been effected by the new minimum bids in Yahoo? I've seen less traffic, a drop in click through rate, and in some areas I have literally been priced out in the same way Google did years ago wanting silly money for fairly low value terms, even if my ad quality score is high.
I've been at this PPC caper more than 5 years, I can find nothing on A4U on this subject. I have given my Yahoo account manager some constructive words basing my argument I believe in a positive way as I'm primarily in the finance sector and times are tough there. My belief being yahoo are basing the value of many keywords on how things were a year or more ago, not how things are, bearing in mind the troubled times here in the UK.
What are your thoughts and opinions here? fire away please, without too much on corporate conspiracy theories.
