Matt has built a few mini sites (4-5 pages) for me, and I was VERY happy with the service and results he gave me.

Spot on content, site design and also backlinks from directory submissions and social bookmarks.

Another good thing is that Matt also understands SEO, so they are built in the correct way for the search engine.
