Tried Seatwave? and of course Ebay![]()
Ticketmaster commission is 25p per ticket .. hmm.
What other 'concert' ticket related alternatives are there (not ticket exchanges)?

I'm not looking for ticket exchanges, but thanks.
Try Seetickets.com ,wegottickets.com and ticketline.co.uk
They all have affiliate schemes (I've used them on northwestbands.co.uk - NWB), but you need to contact them directly.

Much appreciated. I've also emailed Encore Tickets but had no reply.
Quay Tickets posts on here.
They have an in-house affiliate scheme.

Thanks bluebird, already with Quaytickets.
Is anyone with Encore Tickets? I just can't get them to reply to my emails!
With such a poor pay out, surely Ticketmaster must be missing out on the bigger hitting affiliates.
I recently learnt of their 25p rate and, when I replied to them and said I didn't really think it was worth it, they politely pointed out to me that it was 'per ticket' and the average is 3 tickets per sale.
Wow... 75p then. Whooppeee-do-da. :td
Is anyone here getting a better deal from Ticketmaster, or am I just better off going with one of the others?
Go with one of the others. I've just sent 300 high quality uv to ticketmaster and had zero commission!
theres also seetickets,
why cant anyone offer good commission
These companies are agents themselves, and they only earn from the booking fee, and postage and packing.
So their argument would be on each ticket they only earn say £5 booking and £4 postage
25p a ticket is still a low commission rate of about 2-3%
or if you take out postage on avg effective comm rate is 5% of booking fee

So who do tickermaster sell tickets for the company running the event, i have no idea
they sell tickets on behalf of the promoters, or the theatres etc and take their cut via booking fees.
The london theatre assoc ( not sure of exact title) has rules on how much booking fee agents like ticketmaster can take per ticket.
