Accountant Fixed Price - Company Secretary?

Hi,
just wondering if any person can recommend an accoutant that grasps the affilaite malarky, and can act as company secretary at a fixed yearly price. I'm in the North East near Newcastle.
I suppose location is not really relevant these days!

Well, I'm actually in Stockton, which is near Middlesbrough, which is about
40 miles from Newcastle.

The reason why I mentioned Newcastle, as generally people have no idea where stockton is and Newcastle is the closest town that everyone here will instantly recognise.

Middlesbrough was voted the worst place on the planet apparantely recently, so naturally the next logical town to be associated with is Newcastle!

Besides I'm there all the time.
