    Hi,

Dont know how many of you guys out there are using this network but the last few e mails I have had from them warranted a note.

I had to wait 3 days to recieve an e mail ( I asked for a phone call )

I didnt understand the reply as I had followed the instructions and still couldnt find what I wanted so I rang ( again 4th or 5th time) to be told someone would CALL me back.

Another e mail was sent telling me that they had called but I wasnt there so could I ask them the questions by e mail.

I said e mails take to long and are misleading and the likelyhood is it would lead to more emails whereas a phone call would take 2 secs and things could be sorted out there and then.

I get another email lol by which time I am a little annoyed. The e mail says we do not make phone calls and everything has to be answered by e mail.

I sent one back asking if this was the case why did you say you had called me in an earlier e mail and they said I was being unreasonable.

All in all I am unimpressed and wont be using the network again. They once told me they would love to work with more Super Affiliates in the Uk and I thought I would give them a try. Well there is no way I would use them now as if someone cant be bothered to pick up the phone to help out someone who is making them money then I wont promote them and I cant stand it when people try to feed you with B.ll

With an attitude like theirs I cant see them making a big impression in the UK.

I have also found them to be very poor in communication. I don't understand the concept of email only as one-to-one speaking is so much faster and more succinct than email correspondance. They once called me back 3 days after calling them but by that time I had already moved on so... Anyway, they don't have many quality merchants so it's no great shakes.

Yes its so much easier to do things by phone when you want something explaining properly. I think there are plenty of people still missing the point that most of us in here talk to each other a lot and if your not already earning big with a network then it doesn't take much to put you off.

Take Ad.com for example as the right way to go about things they are very helpful and always respond quickly and are a new player to this forum , I would have time for them if the product/service was a fit. Someone like Clixgalore will never do business with me again after this week and I don't think they are busting at the seams with sales in the UK anyway.

Its nice to know its not personal and others have experienced problems with them before - looks like they aren't biased but just treat everyone with disrespect lol.

I must admit I prefer independents even when the reporting isn't as often , as all the ones I work for have been chosen as I do well for that product and as they are only interested in sales for that product/service they are much more willing to converse in a timely manner , especially if you are making them shedloads of cash lol

This industry is still somewhat in its infancy and there is little room for cutting down your potential sales base by being rude or unhelpful to affiliates as there are only a few out there who can make you serious cash and the likelihood is that they know the other ones - worth noting by any new players in this area of marketing.

I can see why sometimes networks might not want to have to explain everything over the phone to someone who - and I'm not suggesting this is the case at all here - might not ever understand completely the solution/problem/issue.

It might be a bit like how some here feel about people asking questions which they can either find elsewhere or on the networks sites.

I'm not trying to defend any network for having bad communication but there are almost always 2 sides to a story.

If you asked in their forum here then you might have some luck...?

We once had a problem with a hosting company that refused to publish a phone number and wanted to do everything via email. Every time one of our sites went down we tried numerous ways to contact them and sometimes had to wait 24 hours before our site was up again.

We told them where to stick their hosting
