USA partnership

Hi all, l am looking to break into the usa affiliate market but notice that most of the networks ask for a USA Tax ID l was just thinking if l got a usa affiliate to partner with me just so l can use his/hers USA Tax ID in exchange for 50/50 partnership deal. Would this work or is it too risk plus has anybody here got a partnership with someone in the USA can you tell me the way to go about it please.

Zaq, those tax IDs are usually asking affiliates to complete the US tax form 1099 when they earn over $400.

However, this form *only* applies to US citizens and you dont need to complete this form - just mark up the application as N/A and you should be fine!
