Hello everybody peeps,

Here's an idea!

Why not include voucher codes in the datafeeds? we could have discount_type (voucher code, percentage discount,Sale price etc..) discount_value (Chepo123,30% off,£29.99) discount_saving(xx£'s), discount_start(dd/mm/yy), discount_expire(dd/mm/yy)

This would make it easy for affiliates using feeds to display up to date codes along with products and prevent us from loosing out on commisions to the voucher code sites.

I'm in the process of creating a niche price comparison site which i intend to do just this so if the merchants could consider this as an option it would save me time in the future adding the additional information to the datafeeds before uploading. I have seen some sites doing this already.

For certain merchants you have site wide codes it's pretty easy to do yourself but for those with product or type of product specific codes i'd imagine it would be more of a nightmare.
