My fashion blog - Catwalk Fashion|Latest Fashion News| Beauty News | Celebrity Fashion | Fashion Offers | Beauty Offers - is now pretty well established with 1500 daily visitors and growing.

I want to now take the affiliate side of things seriously, but to be honest I don't have too much experience.

    I have 5 decent ad spaces on the right hand side of my site - 1 250 x 250 and 4 125 x 125.

I've pretty much had the same merchants since the summer - the big ad (NEXT) converts pretty well, however the others haven't really done much despite plenty of click thrus.

What would be your top 5 fashion / beauty stores to feature on there?

    Thanks
    STephen.

If you want a wide range of fashion from designer brands (DKNY, MaxMara etc) to high street (Warehouse, Miss Sixty) why not look at joining the House of Fraser affiliate programme.

We have full support from both Commission Junction & Linkshare teams and I am happy to assist here too.

Have a look at the brands available online at House of Fraser here and here for more details on the House of Fraser affiliate programme.

    Chris,

Out of interest do you have any stats on how well House of Fraser converts from a visitor to sale ratio.

I had previously promoted them and found (for me) it to convert v poorly in comparison to other name high street retailers.

This combined with Linkshares comical reporting lead me to drop them.

Which is a shame as from a shopping perspective they are my favourite shop to use.

The whole process left me scratching my head wondering how it had done so badly for me.

It would be interesting to see your overall conversion stats to see if it was just me or there is a conversion problem.

    Cheers

    Dessie

Route One may also be a good fit for you as a fashion blog.

We have great price lead offers and deals on clothing and loads of pieces that are exclusive to us. We also get good exposure: 'Lil Chris was on Never Mind the Buzzcocks just last night wearing our Fracture Monster New Era Cap which is only available on our site:

You may want to consider promoting specific areas of our site; Slogan T-shirts are one of our best sellers for example

We also have a very strong range of fashion accessiores which may fit your user demographic, the latest being H2O Audio.

We have dedicated graphics resource on the program so can design add's specifically for your site and I’m happy to share some stats with you if you PM with what you need.

We are on the TD network program id 19970.

    Regards,

    Ollie.

    Hi Ben,

I like the site and I think potentially it could work quite well with oki-ni.com.

oki-ni is a well established high end online men's fashion & lifestyle retailer with a unique stable of brands & designers. Oki-ni also has a unique range of collaborative co-branded clothing with top fashion brands that are totally exclusive to oki-ni. We also ship internationally so the scope for affiliates that want to promote exclusive products to a global market is fantastic.

    Key affiliate information
    • conversion rate of 1.5%
    • High Average Selling Price - £150
    • Excellent Commission - 10%
    • XML Feed for all products available online

As a leading online men's fashion retailer we pride ourselves on the resources and personal support that we offer to our affiliates. We regularly offer special promotions and voucher codes (see below for the latest codes).

We have a dedicated blog for affiliates that is regularly updated with new creative and copy: oki-ni.com Affiliate Blog

We also have a dedicated content blog that is regularly updated on all the new exclusive products that we will soon be stocking. This blog contains plenty of copy and images that you can freely use: oki-ni.com

We also offer email creative that you can use for any e-broadcasts you may want to do to your database.

We can also send you unique content each day on any new products that we get in, allowing you to free up your time.

Oki-ni.com have just launched a new set of voucher codes that will be valid until 31st December.

Spend over £70 and get £5 off - use the code: oki5
Spend over £105 and get £10 off - Use the code: oki10
Spend over £140 and get £15 off - Use the code: oki15
(All codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion and are only available for new customers.)

    Competitions

If you are interested in doing a co-reg competition where we can give you some free product to give away please contact me and we can sort something out.

This post has become rather long but hopefully you will see that the above factors, coupled with the availability of a dedicated online partnerships manager, should help to ensure that you work in partnership with oki-ni it should be very successful.

If you would like more information or would like to sign up please visit Affiliate Window on the below url or contact me on the below contact details.
