Re: Anyone planning on going to Lapland New Forest?
I laughed when I saw it on the news as it was so bad I couldn't believe it. I feel sorry for the kids. Surely you can see how s**t it is before you pay the £25 entry fee?
These all look great but there's one difference between these and the photos on the BBC - the time of day.
The park clearly looks as intended when it's dark. If this was the case, why were tickets sold for daytime (other than to maximise revenue?)?
I imagine if people went when it was dark there would have been less complaints. If I had visited and saw the views depicted in the pictures the BBC have uploaded, I'd not be a happy bunny. If I saw the views as depicted by the actual photos on the main site, I'd be significantly happier.
Poor business sense seems to have turned a great theoretical idea into a chaotic one. Plenty of PR, just the wrong kind.

They managed to get you there as well, becuase you could only book tickets 5+ days or more in advance of going
Work Wanted: Errrr ... don't snarl ... smile ... the designer of this highly successful marketing campaign is looking for the next project ... maybe something less headline.
Does anyone require an effective marketing campaign: websites / artwork / seo etc with guru conversion %?
PLEASE don't contact me about your refunds or complaints ... it has nothing to do with me and is not my decision ... I'm just working my butt off day & night through the craziness and so sad misery to provide every one of you with accurate information and a clear communication means for the sheer love and honour of it.
If you wish to communicate - only nice genuine relevant emails get past my junk filter here. Thank you.
