I've been asked to teach some people here in the office about affiliate marketing.
They are all total newbies to this wonderful thing.

Does anyone have suggestions for any documentation I can give to them to read?

If you want to pay for a guide I always recommend Ros Gardner's Super Affiliate Handbook - came out years ago but I believe it's been kept up to date and it's a really enthusiastic and clear guide to this stuff. It was one of the reports that got me really pumped about this business.
