Things have moved on since this and the google tool is more wildy inaccurate as ever before
Hi Frank,
Would a fairer reflection not be to pop up a Google PPC ad on this particular keyword and exact match it. Then bid a low bid (enough so Google shows your ad), and then look at the impressions the ad has at the end of the month - then there would be no debating about click through rates etc?
You would know exactly how many searches there had been based on impressions, then go compare to Google Keyword tool?
