All i'm getting is:
0 skipped, 0 registered in table, 0 new but no deeplink.
all works with me, but i did have an error at first but then i changed something , will have a think to see if i remember what it was
do u get any errors?
All i'm getting is:
0 skipped, 0 registered in table, 0 new but no deeplink.
im assumming u added ur username and password to the promotions import file
just remembered the error i was getting was due to the memory being used , i increased the memory limit and all was fine , but thats not the same prob as u![]()
Getting same error here too:
0 skipped, 0 registered in table, 0 new but no deeplink.
here to with promotions.co.uk uk feed. Any fixes yet?
Cheers.
These scripts seem to be very buggy. Getting errors while loading voucher_im too.
Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in ... on line 165
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in ....voucher_im_fetch.php on line 174
I have just done a fresh install and tested the file - it works fine. The only way I can replicate the problem is if I enter incorrect login credentials.
Change this bit at the top of the file:
// Enter your promotions.co.uk username and password in here...
$PROMusername='';
$PROMpassword='';
Like this:
$PROMusername='YOURUSERNAME';
$PROMpassword='YOURPASSWORD';
Remember that you need to sign up for an account at promotions.co.uk to make this work. The other possibility is that the promotions feed is unavailable - perhaps they are having server prolems or something.
Just for the record, the voucher framework is and always has been a project released into the community, with a very generous license (do what you want, as long as it stays free). The whole point of the project is that it isn't owned by a specific network and that it works equally well with codes from any source.
We did hope that other people would release code for it too, but most people seem content to just use what I release.
Everyone else who releases resources in this area - promotions, vouchers,im, icodes etc all benefit directly from you using their service, and also from being featured in the framework. I do not benefit at all, and have been dissapointed with the manners and response from people, especially the owners of the voucher services who are benefiting.
I put quite a bit of time into this project, supporting people via pm, email and over the phone in my own time, and releasing the code from my own personal website. I am sorry that sometimes a bug sneaks through, but the odd thank you wouldn't hurt would it?

Hmm. Those errors are odd - arrays are not datatype specific. It looks like a php issue - the script should run on any standard LAMP setup (- linux, apache, MYSql, PHP5) , but if you have a funny (or very old) set up then that might explain it.
It might not always run in windows either, though I have had it working without the URL rewriting.
