Delayed Payments
Please see my post from the other thread about the delayed payments.
Hi all,
I'd like to extend my apologies for the continued delay in the payment from AffiliateFuture for December's payment run.
A large percentage of affiliates have now been paid and there are some existing payments that should be paid early next week.
Being a public company it’s not just a case of making a simple payment and there are a number of procedures in place that need to be followed first - unfortunately due to a number of unforeseen staff illnesses and with staff holiday over the festive period we were unable to complete these with their usual timing which led to the delays.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating to some of our affiliates and for that we can but apologies and look to reassure you that normal service will be resumed for the next payment run.
It’s disappointing that there have been some allegations of dishonesty by AffiliateFuture over the date of the transactions and the reasons for the delay so I would like to once again reassure our affiliates that there are no funding problems at AffiliateFuture and normal payment schedules will be resumed in January.
