New to using dreamweaver... Advice on best sites/tutorials to learning ?

I found the Dreamweaver Help is pretty good, their tutorials were easy to follow. These may also help you:

My advice is to keep things very simple, i.e. adopt very simple layouts. I still use simple tables for all of my websites and didn't switch over to CSS layouts because I found them too much hassle to make them work cross-browser and slower to develop.

W3 Schools is great. If you take the time to learn css you will win in the long run. And it is so much easier to modify the site with css.

To create a new page using a template simply click File > New > Template and click on the template.

If you have to ask this much you should learn how to use dreamweaver first.

It is also advisable to learn at least the basics of html and css.

I under stand how to choose a template from Dreamweaver .. But i have downloaded a couple from the net, how do i insert them to dreamweaver so i can choose them?

You save them on to your computer then open Dreamweaver got to Site > Manage Site > New then fill in the details including the folder where you have put the templates.

If you go through the manual you will find it tells you there
