I have a small business idea and interested in a short term partner (investor) coughing out a couple of hundreads for 30% split for 5 months and a refund of 75% of stake at the end of the term.

Term here means - 5months
Stake here mean Invested amount by the partner.

Sorry Azam. Not a deal. You cant hold a business for a couple of hundreads for as long as the patent holds for a couple of hundreads. If that was the case we would be talknig of a couple of thousands which is not gonna be less than a couple of 00,000.
