How do I keep track of who you are affiliated with?

I tend to not worry too much at the merchant level. I tend to account at a network level.

What does help a lot is setting up a link tracking system. So on my site all affiliate links point to a php script so I can track clicks etc and derive reports about who is clicking what and from which pages. It's nice integrating something like this into a CMS as I can potentially see a great level of detail through one simple plugin.

I am currently working on an "affiliate feed" plugin which will be the icing on the cake - you know the type of thing that is quite common for WP (I use e107 for historical reasons). Hopefully this will give a db driven automated system to track all activity.

Might even add revenue into the system too.

I guess it helps that my day job is tracking this kind of information for one of the larger UK .com's!

But suffice to say, everything ends up in a speadsheet sooner or later

!

That sounds interesting.

It would be great to see a list of all the links on all the sites and how many times they had been clicked. I doubt something like that would be possible over multiple sites would it?

Does anyone know if there is an application or web site that will collate all the info from the networks you are signed up to and display sales/clicks on one page?
