Two Questions

Afternoon people,

Two quick questions if I may which I'm hoping that somebody might be able to help me out with.

1) When you set up a new site, how do you go about 'launching' it - do you addurl to Google, link from other sites, look to include in a forum/directory etc. In your opinion what is the best option.

2) How do I get a signature on my posts - looked everywhere and I'm sure it's right under my nose...can somebody point it out please...

1) Let google find your site, add links on other sites to make this easier for google to do.

2) User CP top left, Edit Signature

Just post it on a site that gets crawled regularly.

You can change your Sig in the user CP

I would also recommend creating pages on social networks for your site to get it going.

creating a webmaster account on google and requesting a crawl would be a slightly more direct way of having them find you. doesn't take long -- few days, maybe.
