Will be interesting to see how much they charge and what for. We've been doing very well recently with using Twitter to have conversations with our customers- not overt direct marketing but a nice forum for interaction. Not sure if we'd pay for it though, it still takes hard work at our end to keep the feed interesting and working. Twitter / firebox
