I believe i've found abit of a Niche in the UK poker industry and im just looking for anyones input or experiences they've had in the Poker industry.

With gambling bans going on in the US, and such games as Bingo aparently becoming increasingly popular in the UK, do you feel that it's too late to make an attempt in the Poker market?

What kind of state is the UK market in at the present time? Having looked around it still seems to be climbing. - Or do you feel it would be best to research some of the newer appearing markets such as Bingo?

Far from it mate. Industry analysts suggest that the UK-wide smoking ban in June/July (I forget which) will mean that all the people that used to go and play bingo or go to the casino will now be pushed online where they can lose money and smoke in the comfort of their own home!

If you IM me I would be happy to talk to you about your idea and see if I can help you.

    Cheers

That certainly sounds quite interesting; I am in the middle of developing a Bingo website at the moment!

    Hi jwoody

I'd agree with Chris and say definitely not too late! It's a competitive market, but if you've spotted a niche, then go for it! Now's a great time as we're gearing up for the Great British Poker Tour (please see: http://www.a4uforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=53570 for more info) and if you're really serious about cracking this market, it would be well worth your while attending industry events ICE and CAP Euro later this month - both will be held in London.

Please feel free to contact me for any more information.

Hi Jwoody, its definitely not too late, especially if you have a niche!! We started in affiliating with Casino and Poker about 4 years ago, so have a fair bit of experience, if you want to have an informal chat or have any questions, don't hesitate to PM me!

All the best and good luck,

    Alf
