So let me get this straight, you don't restrict brand bidding on your program and this guy is sending you traffic through brand bidding?

Surely the answer is to restrict brand bidding on your program? Then he won't send you any more traffic on your brand

Yeap that is the answer, but if a Merchant has not restricted the brands then Affiliates are allowed to bid on it, nothing wrong with that at all. Most small no-name Merchants like yourself tend to not bother with any restrictions on PPC at all as they fear turning off the bigger PPC Affiliates and on the flip side some big name Merchants actually proactively recruit Affiliates to make sure they are covering their brand over all the PPC space, it’s horses for courses some think it’s a waste of money and some think it’s value for money, up to you to make your mind up but please do so and set that forth in your terms so everyone knows what your thinking. Then if they break your terms ask them to stop or remove them, simple.

Please be careful how you do this as a lot just lately put a blanket ban on using the name, especially with some networks that have standard forms displaying what you can and can't do as affiliates tend to type 'no' on every box.
