I've just downloaded a copy of a report by the Social Issues Research Centre (Oxford University), which sets out its vision for how we will be using the Internet by 2020. You can download a copy here at the SIRC website.

Although this study was originally commissioned by Rackspace, the report by the SIRC offers some interesting general predictions for the way individuals and businesses will be using the Internet in the future. The report covers quite a wide field, including green issues and the effects that technological change will bring on society.
