Same here TBH. Never been paid on time by clash, usually a few weeks late. It's just extra hassle having to chase them up.
Compare that to someone like affiliatefuture that pays quickest out of all the networks I know, and on time month in month out, no invoices to send, all automated.
Come on clash, sort it out

Affiliate Future are very good at payment .. though this company might be up there now with their payment on request ... Payment On Request – Paid On Results - Network Blog
You can legitimately mention on your invoice fixed interest or fixed tariff penalties for late payment, we used to do this with Miva when we had problems with them. I cannot remember the exact figures but it was like £50 to £100 for the first 1-30 days 7 incrementing up, subsequent late invoices went up still further. In the end quite a fair wedge ending up being paid in penalties & they got their act sorted for a while. We haven't invoiced them for circa a year now, but guess what their late again with the most recent invoices, and another fine wedge we shall receive, probably becuase their staff keep account staff changes too frequently.DisclaimerThis communication contains information which is confidential and/or maybe privileged. Spamming is catching!!! you message has now spammed the board as it appeared twice.
Thankfully I am all paid up by clash, not spotted any spam from them yet.

So Clash media have changed their payment terms to 6 weeks it would appear.
7 weeks on from sending an invoice in I'm still not paid.
What is the point of having payment terms, if you never stick to them. Then extending the payment terms, and not sticking to those either!!
I was doing over 2,500 commission a month with clash. I've reduced that to a few hundred. Sorry clash, but it's a necessity to pay your affiliates on time. Otherwise they will just jump ship to networks that *DO* pay them in a timely manner.
Please please please sort it out, I think clash has some great offers, but there's no point promoting something then having to wait 8 odd weeks to get paid.

So far, I have had only good experiences with Clash. Sure the rates could be a bit higher and more new offers would always be welcome!!!
The payments went a bit slow at the beginning but has seemed to improve since there new CFO started.
Maybe try again with diana@clash-media.com. Thats my point of contact and she is really helpful.
