I would suggest to have an Asian forum as well. Nowadays it's easy for UK affiliates to promote Asian programs through e.g. Zanox and other networks.

My view is that for the moment a 'continental' type approach will be sufficient outside of UK ie Europe, North America, Australasia, as you say, you don't want hundrerds of forum areas with no posts but I think these would cover things sufficiently. Things obviously change and you'll get a sense in a couple of years of which of the European markets are growing the most and then perhaps looking at changing things, but for now, I think the approach above would be most sensible.
Anyway, am sure others will contribute, just my thoughts.
