As a follow on from this thread & lack of feedback from a few of the networks when asked earlier in the year.

This thread is dedicated to ascertaining which merchants we know or want to enquire are on closed bidding groups. Some affiliates may have tools at their disposal to be the all seeing eye. Any enquires, post here & we shall build up a list in the first post entry.
Affiliates then make their own call if they want to promote those merchants.
We also need to mention if it's not disclosed in merchant details page. If you see any which are, post here.
