Hi, I bought the affmeter software a couple of days ago but am having problems with it not updating commision junction or DGM?
I have checked all the settings for each account and they look good? Anyone have a similar problem or can help?
Also the contact form on the affmeter website does not so am unsure how to contact them other than via this forum post.

It may be due to both CJ and DGM being slightly different to the others in that CJ is always a day behind (i.e. the current days stats do not display until the following day) and DGM if i recall only upload once a day.
Have a read back a couple of pages in this thread for more information.
thanks for the feedback, does the application need to be running all the time, also I have done a date range for the previous week of which it should pick up the info I would have thought but still nothing.
Do you use affmeter to pull stats for DGM and is it working OK for you?

You can either leave the application running or open it as and when it does not need to be running all the time.
As for DGM i cannot comment as i don't really use them, i just know it only downloads once a day from the status report in affmeter.
Thanks for taking time out to answer my question, I am in dialogue now with affmeter directly so hopefully the issue will get resolved for me. If it is anything of interest I will pop a quick note in the forum.
You shouldn't be having any problems getting data from ourselves. There are limits on the amount of calls you can make to the API, but that shouldn't be affecting this. As far as I am aware we're still working quite happily with affmeter.
The summary stats, including Clicks, Impressions, OSC and sales, are updated nightly, so there isn't any point in downloading those stats more than once a day, while raw sales you find in the Sales List of dgmPro are processed within an hour of the sale occurring. If affmeter is only pulling through the summary stats then it won't update any faster than daily.
I have tried to run a custom date range for a period of 15/09/09 to 29/09/09 (excluding the current day) and still not pulling in any information. I have made sales and have clicks so it should pull them in.
May sound like a stupid question but DGMAffiliates does cover DGMPro? as I log into dgmPro to access my account, the test works ok on the software. Otherwise I am stumped as to why it is not working for me.
Yes, DGM Affiliates should mean dgmPro. Pro is just our reporting platform.
I did have a bit of a problem with Affmeter a while back getting it set up initially, but it' changed so much since then. Unfortunately I had a computer upgrade and Affmeter hasn't been reinstalled yet so I can't really test it at the moment. I'll drop Firuze a line and see about getting the software and if they're aware of any issues.
