Holiday Watchdog Acquired by Tripadvisor

As we are talking about acquisitions today, its great to read over at Frasers blog that Chris Clarkson and Chris Brown have reached a deal with Tripadvisor to buy their highly regarded Holiday Watchdog site.

I believe this is the second and third forum member to have a site acquired by Tripadvisor. Duncan Jennnings site Travel Libray was acquired in 2006.
