Hi all, I'm Linda and I think most here know me, although I changed my user name
and had a higher post count here when I was still "Catalyst."

I specialize in affiliate program promotion, recruiting and PR.
I'm based in Southern California but have clients from all over the world.
None from the UK yet though!

Good idea on the new forum Matthew!

Hi

I'm Simon and I run the figleaves.com US affiliate program (as well as in the UK). We work with Linkshare over in the US.

If anyone wants a private chat about the scheme, best to email me at affiliate.support@figleaves.com - I don't always remember to log into my PMs here!

Look forward to chatting to people about the US market.

Thanks

Simon

Hi I'm Steve

I'm an affiliate that works mostly with software and online application type programs. My biggest market is the US and I'm possibly moving over to your neighbour, Canada, next year, hence my focus on that part of the world.

Looking forward to chatting to others in this section!

(please ignore the site link in my sig, the site is only partially done so far, so not in the best of shapes)

Hi I'm Nadeem and I'm an ex-alco...

... and I've been doing affiliate marketing stateside for nearly ten years now (was just logging into one of the US ad networks today and noticed our account is eight years old). There was not much happening in the UK and Europe when I started out in affiliate marketing and so I focused efforts on the American market. Got a number of niche US websites and newsletters.

Steve, which networks do you use in the States and which ones would you recommend? We use a number of American networks such as CJ, DirectLeads, Casale Media, Cyberbounty, Burst Media, Tribal Fusion, Azoogle Ads and Valueclick Media.

I'm currently looking for a strong CPA network with high-converting offers. Any recommendations please?

Hey Nadeem

I use the usual suspects, CJ, Tradedoubler, Linkshare etc and also Digital River.
Can't say which will perform better for your niches, but for my software sites Digital River has the most relevant merchants along with CJ

Yeah I got a written invite recently from Digital River's European Affiliate Director and after speaking to her in Germany on the phone from here I signed up. So I'll be looking at doing a new version of the Convert A Feed site with geographic cart areas to promote their merchants.

Just signed to one for test purposes as part of the setup but eventually I'll promote most of their 64 programs. Also many of the programs have different landing pages and script software download platforms for each geographic area. That and you can get local cart integration for most of their programs. I'll be looking at it all in more detail in the New Year; might just take the integration stuff and put it all into a database, upload on to a ZenCart with specific payment instructions being to go direct to their merchant checkout and see if it works. Already confirmed I can operate separate payment routes so I can still sell my software along side what other merchants offer.

Wow! Haven't been here for a while, and glad to see a separate "Affiliate Marketing US" section here at Affiliates4u! Thank you, Matt!!

My name is Geno Prussakov, and I am with AM Navigator LLC.

Besides being an outsourced affiliate program manager for a good number of U.S. clients and a couple U.K. ones, I blog, write books, and speak at conferences.

Geno

Re: Work in the USA? Stop by and say hi!

Hello

We've just launched our US program, so I thought I'd introduce myself on here. Like Simon, I'll be running both our UK and US programs, which should be fun with the time difference.

If anyone has any tips on the differences between the UK and US affiliate industries, please let me know.

Cheers
Naomi

Hi All,

My name is Adam and I am an Outsourced Program Manager for multiple companies here in the US. We manage programs for the Fortune 500 as well as Mom and Pop shops in the B2C and B2B realm. I'm not sure of forum rules so I will not mention our clients.

Great forum here and good conversations going on!

Looking forward to being more of an active member.

Best,

Adam
