Affiliate Marketing for Latin America requested

I am currently looking for any affiliation programs targeting the following countries:

MEXICO
ARGENTINA
BRASIL
CHILE
PERU
VENEZUELA
SPAIN

Marketed website should be in Spanish and Portugese.

I've found programs like CJ, ZANOX which are very good but advertisers are very limited when traffic is from the above countries. And when advertisers are ok with traffic...their website is only in english...so almost useless.
