Question put to me about the tiered commission levels.

"If I achieve enough transactions to get to the Platinum level (£1,000 bonus) at the end of the month, will I lose this level when the new payment level starts? IE will everyone start off again on Bronze in September?"


Answer: When the new commission structure starts in September, the payment level you achieve this month will be what you start on in September. We're not going to reset anyone's commission level.
