Currys paying me 5% commission?! And Comet not paying me 3.5%!

Hi,

I don't usually scrutinise my AW earnings but just noticed Currys are currently paying out 5% commission on all sales? Is that right?? Isn't it usually 2%? I'll confess I usually delete most merchant email so I might've missed something! :blush

Also, regarding Comet's 3.5% commission to affiliates generating over £2,000 per month in sales. I've generated way way way more than the £2k threshold this month but still only achieve 3%. When and on what sales will the 3.5% commission be applied to? Is it all sales in the month or just sales over the £2k threshold?

I just wanted to let you know that this 5% commission was on all 'Reserve and Collect' orders, which ended at 12 noon 23rd December 2009. Please see the below message that was posted on the A4U:

The standard commission rate for Currys is now 2%, excluding delivery and services.

So I should've stopped receiving 5% on sales after December 23rd? Thing is I've been receiving 5% commission throughout the period from 23rd to 29th December. For example...

Click generated at 20:52:48 on 28th Dec, sale completed today at 09:08:28, 2% commission

Click generated at 22:51:56 on 28th Dec, sale completed today at 09:05:27, 5% commission

I have the same pattern with PC World sales (which I imagine had the same click and collect offer?). It looks like the 5% commission wasn't reduced to 2% until somewhere between 9:05 and 9:08 this morning.

Will these commissions stand?

Hi there,

Thanks for highlighting this. I will have a check on the system to see why this did not update at the specified time. After these particular sales are validated we will have to decline the commissions that are confirmed and re-add manual commissions for the correct amount.
