Hi,
We managed to isolate the problem and have implemented a fix. As the fix involved a change to some JavaScript you will need to do a forced refresh to make sure your browser downloads the latest version of the JavaScript file (CTRL + F5). Sorry for any inconvenience this bug has caused, it is particularly regrettable that this affected what we expected would be a controversial feature.

I've tried it a few times and it hasn't worked yet, although my browser seems to be playing up a bit lately.
It seems to suffer from the same sluggishness as the rest of the Awin system. I like Awin and think they deserve all the plaudits they get but the speed of the backend does let them down a bit. It's not a major problem, just annoying.
On the same note, I've had confirmed sales since last login which have disappeared from the ajax call, and are not showing in todays confirmed sales.
Woohoo! Thanks AWIN, that's been bugging me for the last few days! Sorry to say that the implementation of this feature is very unlikely to cut down the number of times I run a 'since last login' query, but good luck![]()
The Ajax now works consistently, but always shows 0.00 for me even though I have pending sales since last login.
Works great for me and I'm more than happy to forgo knowing everytime I log in. Couldn't help noticing you used jQuery. Good to see you picked the best.![]()
IS there any way to get the old version back? This new feature is really not very helpful. The old since last login was an excellent idea. Personally I'd ether put the old one back or just remove this.
This doesn't work for me. It shows £0.00, regardless of any commissions received since I last logged in.
It hasn't worked for me since it was introduced (although, it does show £0.00 now - before, it was just displaying the "AJAX icon" and doing nothing).
fwiw, assuming the gremlins get sorted at some point I think it was worth the change.
I'd certainly noticed a frustrating delay quite often when I wanted to do something in my account and entering via the login page, which of course displayed pendings and confirmeds by default on every login.
I'm assuming the delay was caused by the endless complex queries to what must be a massive database, every time there was a login.
Its certainly fast now.
OK its nice to see your daily comms quickly, but might actually be a good thing to wean us affiliates off the constant worrity checking (well, speaking for myself there at least ;-)
Hi All,
We've put in a request to get this checked out by development, please email (safiyya.riyadh@affiliatewindow.com) me details of the browsers your running & having issues with and i'll forward this on.

I've not seen this mentioned, but this is the slight issue I see some of the time.
say I login at 10am I can see under 'New pending commissions:' 'Today:' the amount for today, so far OK
but then if I login later at maybe 2pm under 'New pending commissions:' 'Today:' it still shows the same amount as at 10am, so I look at my full commissions report for today and I can see that there are new sales reported since my 10am login.
Its not a big issue for me, but just thought I should mention it incase it is related to the since last login problems.
Hey Andrew,
can you email me your affiliate id? I have the developers checking it out for a few other ticket responses we have, but since those affiliate's logins there were no pending commissions....
Forward your details on asap and i'll get them to check it out.
Thanks,
Safiyya
