Any progress with this at all?
Still consistently shows 0.00 for me regardless.

This doesn't work for me either. It shows £0.00, regardless of any commissions received since I last logged in.
It hasn't worked for me once since it was introduced and i have tried it using different pcs and browsers.
To be honest the old system which gave you an instant update of your account when you logged in was useful. There is no point in these bold "show" buttons when you already have a "Since last login" link in the right nav menu.

Still doesn't work for me.
Perhaps someone could confirm they've actually seen a figure other than "£0.00" in there?![]()
Hi riverwillow & will 68,
Please send through your affiliate ids and browsers you are using to: safiyya.riyadh@affiliatewindow.com
As Peter has mentioned earlier in this post, these changes were necessary - the development team are looking into the code and will find a fix, once they've found the problem. :blush
Any information you can provide will help massively.
Thanks,
Safiyya

In all testing internally and externally, the feature is working as intended. If we could replicate the error, it would help us to correct it. Please email me or send in a support ticket with browser and system details so we can look into it further.
We apologise people are having issues but the benefits to load times far outweigh the negatives and a since last login report is still available on the reports control panel.

Hi Safiya
Not sure if you have made any changes but i thought i would let you know that i just got a figure for the first time when i clicked the show button, this was using an old machine running XP and IE6.
Hopefully it wil work every time now, i will let you know if it doesnt.
