Your comments on our new programme?

We have just updated our Affiliate Window programme. We have increased our commission payment levels and also introduced a pay per lead facility which is exclusive to us. I was just wondering if anyone had any comments on how we could improve our service?

This enables us to beat any offer from our competitors. We do have some of the cheapest prices on the web but we do mainly focus on middle to high users which is the majority of the internet market.

In October we will have completed a new dealership package which will see prices lowered by around 20% and also the introduction of 3. This will make us one of the best mobile phone affiliates around due to the very low prices and the cheapest deals on the web guarenteed!

Does your price match guarantee include matching the cash back deals that are around ?

Cashback deals are usually offered on a discontinued phones and make up a very small percentage of sales. We specialise in the better quality products and will normally price match any current mobile phone offer but with regards to cashbacks these are usually used as a method to get rid of old built up stock so they are very hard to match.

The cashback deals I am looking at aren't for particularly old or discontinued lines. For instance I wouldn't consider a Samsung V200 a discontinued or old stock, in fact its still one of the most popular phones. And comparing your deals for this phone with the mobile shops I promote I get better deals with them than with Justphones - mainly due to the cashback deals that they offer with this phone.

I did promote Justphones for awhile, alongside the other retailers and I found that it just didn't convert. During the same period the conversion rate for my other programs was very healthy.

Two mobile phone shops stand out for both competitive deals and affiliate commission which makes them very lucrative to promote. For me, these set the standard that other retailers must match.

I have nothing against Justphones. I am speaking from a purely financial perspective.

By the way, whereabouts is the price match guarantee mentioned on your site ? I've looked around but I can' find any mention of it.

Well thank you for the info. It is all noted. As I said before we are launching a new scheme in October that will make us a lot more competitve to the low user and cashback market. We will be offering similar cashback packages to our competitiors. We have in the past focused more on the higher spend customer as this is the way our company is structured.
