DEC: Haiti Earthquake Appeal
On Tuesday 12th January, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit the Caribbean island of Haiti. The capital, Port-au-Prince, and the surrounding area have been devastated leaving around 50,000 dead and millions affected.

Haiti is the poorest country in the western Hemisphere and is experiencing a severe lack of aid after this disaster. Many survivors do not have access to food, water, medical supplies and shelter due to disrupted communications and blocked roads.

How you can help:
Affiliate Window have set up a campaign where you can help DEC (Disaster Emergency Commission) by directing your traffic to their site where people can donate to the Haiti aid effort.

The Disaster Emergency Commission:
The DEC constitutes 13 humanitarian charities that respond to international disaster by sending aid to areas of the world stricken by natural and man-made catastrophes.
