Wow, this place has changed of late! Anyway, just stopping by to let people know about a new program that I am helping the merchant with.

My Property For Sale
My Property For Sale is a property site that advertises homes for sale around the UK. They have a choice of advertising packages that are priced to offer exceptional value versus the various competition that is out there.

Payouts are currently £5 per advertiser, plus £2.50 per optional extra that they sign up for. There are currently 2 optional extras to choose from, and since they have been offered 75% of customers have taken at least one of them.

To help kick-start the program, a bonus of an additional £5 is being given to any affiliates who make their first sale before the end of october.


This makes the maximum commission on one sale £15 this month (£10 thereafter).



On a more subjective note, the company are very responsive to ideas and are committed to affiliate marketing. The program is set to develop over the coming months, with extra bonuses and higher payouts for performing affiliates already in the pipeline. The site has just undergone a makeover to improve conversion rates, and early indications are that this is working well.

There is already a range of creatives available, with more being produced based on feedback from the affiliates (That's my job!).
