Shopwindow problem ?

certain merchants in my shopwindow page showing as having 0 products such as empiredirect, and gameseek. I am being banned from these programs or what ?

Probably not - it's probably an error in the data generation - request a new data generation but you will have to wait until tomorrow to see the results.

I had a similar problem a couple of days ago (even B&Q was showing 0 products)

Just checked B&Q et al are showing 0 products again so it looks like the problem has recurred.

I've raised a support ticket but not hopeful that problem will be resolved before Monday now.

cheers for the help kbudden was a little worried. My site isn't dodgy in any way so couldnt quite understand it. I have about 7-8 merchants in my dataset and I picked ones with a maximum of 5000 products. I did this because I thought my search script would run faster. But I have no proof of this.

If I added all the datasets and big ones such as B&Q would it slow my search down ?
