I agree with everything you say.
At this time I am missing 35 merchants and 81 show a zero feed total.
I expected it to be fixed today as AW don't seem to work week-ends, but it hasn't been fixed yet.
Early last week the number of products dropped considerably (mainly because feeds from a couple of retailers (notably B&Q) had gone to zero products.
I know AW are looking into this but I got a real shock this morning - instead of 800,000+ products in the feed on Friday there are now just over 86,000 products today.
I assume that this is because the feeds are being regenerated. As I use CSV files downloaded on to my server this is an inconvenience (it simply means I can't update my product files or build new categories) but would be interested to know the effect it is having on anyone using Shopwindow per se.
Please sort this out asap Marc (oh and before anyone asks I have had an open support ticket on this since the end of last week).

ALSO NOTE TO AW MANAGEMENT
If your product feed is to work succesfully it is imperative that support is available 7 days a week - this is in no way a dig at Marc who works extremely hard but he can't do it all.
It is simply not good enough for a problem to go unsolved just because it is the weekend - maybe you're not too familiar with the affiliate community but we like the Internet tend to need to be available 24/7 - I for one have had to be on to my hosting company to resolve a problem more than once at 3.30 in the morning.

Can anyone confirm whether they can see products in our feed or not?
Your feed is in
Jason
There was a problem in the script that fetches data from merchants who update on a weekly basis. This caused a problem with all merchants who update weekly having 0 products in thier feed.
We made a fix and ran the weekly updater last night again. This is now resolved and the database has a near complete set of data in it. Any affiliates who do not have a complete dataset right now should request a dataset regeneration and this should take place tonight.
We are currently evaluating the way the shopping channel system handles data and will be making changes in the near future.
