Real Beer - sales tracking problem

Have recently noticed that Real Beer sales seem to be coming up showing £O values for sales and commissions.

Is anyone else noticing this potential problem?

Had this with another AW merchant a while ago and it turns out there was a tracking problem. Could be that this is the same situation and nobody has bought it to AW or the merchants attention!

I'd always advise bothering us as well as asking if anyone else has the problem

Have you contacted the Merchant to ask what is being diplayed at their end.

A couple of weeks ago an affiliate (on another network) contacted me to say that his sales were all displaying zero commission, yet at my end all looked fine.

Turned out to be a bug in the software and we all worked happily ever after.
