OK, my debugging was not as good as I thought and it looks like this is still happening on some sales.
To confirm :: It is only on Awin that the totals are not being tracked. We have full details of all sales so can still put these through manually. Manual adjustments will go through as we clear the pendings (ie at the end of the returns period).
It looks like this problem is at our end, so I am clearing my desk now and working only on this until it is solved.
If anyone would like to check the real value of these sales before this time just let me know.
