As of 01/02/04 e2save increased their standard commission level from 25 to 27.5 GBP.
AW were informed of the change by e2save prior to the start of the month however have not implemented the change to existing affiliates accounts. (It is applied to new affiliates accounts)
AW are denying knowledge of the increase and excusing themselves with a breakdown in communication with e2save.
Better still, AW advised me that in order for me to recieve the increased commission, e2save will have to MANUALLY update each confirmed sale ! nice job!
I have spoken with e2save about the situation and they have confirmed that they DID inform AW of the increase prior to the first of the month and will be taking the situation up with AW.

The reason for this post is I'm not completely satified with the ticketing system, I have sent 3 tickets on this matter and I feel I am no further forward.

As silly as this might sound, even just a signature name of the person replying to the ticket would be a HUGE bonus - knowing you are speaking to the same person about the same problem and not just an entity. (or a different person each time)

Does anyone else feel this is a good idea or am I picking holes?

Tradedoubler implemented the increase with no problems. You can always change over until AW sorts the issue out.

    Cheers Chris.

I might change over permanently, give it one more day.

See if I'm valuable enough for AW to keep?

    Andrew,
Please accept our apologies for this. The change in the commission structure was due to an internal mis-communication (left hand not talking to the right hand) and because of this e2save have agreed to extend the promotion through March.

I was under the impression that all ticket updates say who updated the ticket. Looking now this isn't the case and I'll bug report it and ensure it is added in.

Your ticket was answered by my colleague Steve Berwick.

    Thanks for your help Marc,

I'm still concerned as to whether you are going to honour the increase for existing sales in Feb??

I would'nt have pushed as much traffic and dropped down on PPC. As I'm sure you're aware, most affiliates base their PPC costs on ROI against commission level.

This could potentially leave me out-of-pocket.

    What...

It's a real person that answers the tickets?

I thought it was a clever computer set up to know my name.

Response rate I have been getting this week, I reckon they have upgraded to Marc 2.0
