Did anyone get the email today RE: changing links for e2save?

There seems to be constant ongoing problems between e2save and affiliate window usually excused with " communication breakdown ".

Think it's time I moved this program to Tradedoubler?

Yes I received the same email. Its going to be a busy day changing links.

I wonder if deep links through TD is going to be uneffected.

    Hi,

I dont sell a lot via e2save. But normally have regular sales. None since Tuesday which is a little strange compared to number of hits. Are the old links still working.

Do I assume this is now correct?

    http://www.awin1.com/tclick.php?id=x...w30925_O2_t630

    xxxxx being my id number.

    or will it just be

    http://www.e2save.com/?awxxxxx_O2_t630

    Regards

    Barry

    Bosh,

e2save links via TD are not affected, I spoke with Becky this afternoon.

    Bazza,

I really can't be bothered to work it all out so I'm just gonna move the program to TD.

    Thats a canny idea!

Are links currently working and registering sales with anyone with AWIN at the moment?

    Thanks

Hiya, I used the new code but found that it didn't track any clicks so I put it back to the original version which is still in the AW program info for e2save. That tracked clicks ok. Dunno about sales though.
Like u say, easier to move to TD I think.

After seeing an unusual drop off in sales, I emailed e2save on Monday last week to ask if there were any problems with tracking.

They checked with AW, who apparently reported no issues.

The group email on Friday then advised that e2save had identified, yes, tracking issues - apparently due to incorrect affiliate coding.

I had previously been using deep linking instructions provided by AW.

I have a feeling something is up with tracking. I have made one sale over last 5 days via AW.

I have moved several links for my best sellers over to TD but again with no luck.

Still getting hits on my site. Either no one is buying or theres a problem somewere.

    Regards

    Barry

PS Normal results on other merchants

e2save sales have stoped to a standstill for me through AWIN also sales are not normal through TD as well.

I think it could be a problem also at e2save's end as well.
