Back to normal now for me.
Although I can get AW website the Shopping Channel feed is down, have posted a ticket, but must assume they are well aware of it - whatever IT is.

I'm very relieved that it's back - in some sort of form. I've just realised how reliant I am on ShopWindow - I think it might be time for me to think about caching the product feeds in a MySQL database... and expand to other network product feeds.
Anyway, you're right about the categories being screwed - there seem to be two different top level categories called "Music", each with different results for example.

...And Empire Direct seems to have completely disappeared from the Shop Window feed!

Hi all,
we're aware of the problems your're experiencing this morning and are looking into them as a matter of urgency.
Thank you for your patience & understanding.

Hi Marc,
The overnight ShopWindow feed regeneration seems to have "lost" around 200,000 products for the following merchants (these definitely had products in them yesterday as I was thoroughly testing something new I've been working on):
Crotchet Partner Program (0 products)
DIY Tools (0 products)
Dreamstone Jewellery Ltd (0 products)
dress-for-less (0 products)
Edworthys (0 products)
Electricshock (0 products)
Empire Direct (0 products)
Express Chemist (0 products)
GrandPrixLegends.com (0 products)
HiFiBitZ (0 products)
Mobiles UK (0 products)
Panther Online (0 products)
Prism Direct (0 products)
Push Posters (0 products)
StudentBookWorld (0 products)
Tooled Up (0 products)
UK MP3 Players (0 products)
Voodoo Shoes (0 products)
Is there any chance you could "roll back" to yesterday's feed, until this is resolved?
Regards,
Darren.

This is the reply I received from AW to a Support Ticket...
Then this to another one...Our webhosts has been having intermittent problems this moring which is why the site was temporarily down. We are hoping the worst is over!
The ZERO product is a problem which goes back to last year, when the AW support forum was still online I used to hound Marc with this at least twice a week .... from what I can gather the ZERO listing doesn't always mean there is zero products in the feed ... not my explanation ... Supports! We have been having problems with our regeneration process recently. I know that there were problems on the last update. I've been made aware that the regeneration process was restarted this morning, so hopefully any anomalies will be ironed out within 24 hours.

I think the Shop Window Shopping Channel may have disappeared again - there aren't any error messages this time, but no information is being returned - just lots of nulls.
